Mm Bulk - Order not received in spite of several reminders

Hi! I'm not really fond of shopping and the fact that I usually shop online, however I came across this website through Instagram that showed the reasonable price per hoodie. I surfed the website a little bit, placed the order and received a confirmation mail.
One fishy thing I felt was while I was paying through PayTm Wallet, their website had reached the daily acceptance limit the day before I tried to place the order, however didn't budge that much.
It's almost been a month since I placed the order and I have sent them * mails requesting to acquaint me with the delivery progress but all for nothing. I threatened them to take strict action against the company or mandatory refund but still no answer.
I'm certain that this company is fraudulent and Inappropriate as there are no social media pages, no officially recognised website and no size chart while viewing the material.
I'm extremely infuriated and I'm looking forward to sue this website soon.
