Sugdeal com - Order not received

My order id is: *****, i made payment on sugdeal website, that ordered was Realme*pro mobile which is Rs.**** did not received any confirmation message of order placed and payment done by me through UPI. there is no customer care support on sugdeal and no order track option, i just want my amount refund return into my bank account. Please kindly take an actions
