Moon Goddess Couture Panampilly Nagar Kochi - Order not received

I had placed order in Moon Goddess couture on October *, **** for * salwars. I have not received these items till today.As per their delivery terms, dispatch happens between **- ** working days. I have sent multiple mails asking for refund, since it is already been ** months. The product is no longer required for me as it was purchased for a specific reason seeing ** days of dispatch. Since, they have breached their delivery terms by taking more than ** days, as per their terms, I asked them for a refund, which over the call, they said, may not be possible and are not responding directly to my refund request by mail. Whenever , I send a mail asking for refund, they are not directly responding to that email. Instead, they are sending a generalised email stating that they will dispatch the product soon as possible.They have breached their terms and conditions by taking ** months to deliver the product, I don’t need the product anymore instead, I need, refund . It is very difficult to communicate with them as many calls are unattended.When I asked about my product , I was blocked from Instagram.
