I had ordered the dr jart tiger cica repair cream paid upi and did the kyc on their app it was made on *th january i havnt received my order yet they dont help.no emails r answered they keep saying on whatsapp the order does nt belong to you i have the invoice the amt was dedicted frm my bank account and evrything it shows n the app in my orders i made it plz help me .
