New Balance india online store - Order not received

I placed an order on Jan **th, **** on the supposedly authentic New Balance India website (https://www.newbalanceindiastores.in). I received an email confirming the order from someone called Mila.onlineservice@gmail.com. There has been absolutely no response since then. It's been over a month and my money is stuck with them. None of their social media channels work. I see fraud all over this. Contacted the official New Balance Twitter handle (US), this is the response I received: "Hi! Unfortunately, this is not an authorized NB dealer, so we are unable to assist. If you wish to purchase NB in the future, please visit Amazon."
