I have made a purchase on **th Feb. While making the payment it was shown as payment failed but the amount was deducted from my account. Later on, I had revised the payment which was successful. But I didn't receive any order ID or confirmation messages against it. Now, the amount was taken twice and there is no repose both for mail and calls.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
