Mobonise.com - Order not processed

I saw the ad on Instagram about Mobonise.com on **/*/**** and saw their mobile covers at reduced prices (₹***). I went to the website and booked a mobile cover and also made the payment. Immediately I received the payment confirmation and order processing mail in my email. It was a Sunday so I waited for Monday to get a order processing confirmation. It has been two days and I've tried every means to contact them. (Email, website, Instagram, WhatsApp). They never checked or replied. I checked the genuineness of the website through other complaint forums and found that many others have same complaint about the website. This has made me suffer because I acted instantly and did not check all the details of the genuineness of the site.
