I placed two prepaid orders (#***** and #*****) on **nd August **** with Ditch the Guilt.
Even after more than a week, my orders have not been processed or dispatched.
I requested cancellation and refund through their customer support, but they refused to cancel and only replied with excuses about production delays.
Despite multiple follow-ups, my refund request was ignored. This has caused financial loss and mental stress, as I paid upfront and received no product or service.
I am requesting a full refund of ₹*** for both orders and appropriate action against the company for misleading practices.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
