I've tried to place an order of a material (Edinwolf short kurta) on **th of November. The selling shop was FashNearTechnologies private limited. While going through the procedures for payment transaction, I've lost my money of ***/- from bank account to this shop but my order was not placed. It is shown that my order is cancelled. But I have lost my money. I would like to know whether it is refunded.
I need to get my money back. Please do the needful.
