Shree products and Raiyaraj Enterprise - order not placed but payment deducted

I had ordered a plastic koodai wire and Adhesive wall hooks ( Total amount : Rs.***) in Meesho App, I had done the Payment in though Net banking . I got a message that my amount has been deducted and on net banking page also it showed that transaction was done, but in Meesho App Order is not placed. Kindly check and do the needful in refunding the amount to my account.
