I made an online payment of INR **** through upi on *rd November **** on Flyrobe. Payment was done but I couldn't place the order. When I contacted and raised a request on razorpay they told me that your payment has been done with Flyrobe and you need to ask a refund from them only. On contacting Flyrobe they are denying me that no payment has been made despite I have shown them transaction details , screenshots and everything.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
