I have added * items cart and did the single payment for entire cart value **** rupees via credit card.
But order of * item amount *** is confirmed. But, *nd item order is not confirmed. Amount is **** rupees.
Its has been more than ** working days still amount is not refunded. If contact them saying that we don't have any translation information for amount and date from your side.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
