Fashnear Technogies Private limited - Order not placed but amount ha been debited from my accoy

On the **th July I have placed an order on wardrobe clothes organizer boxes and i have paid the amount through upi mode, the amount has been deducted from my account but the order from meesho is not placed yet. They ask to wait for *-* working days, and it's been ** days now and the amount was not refunded back yet till date.
