Meesho - order not placed but amount debited

i mail you several times as my money debited but order not placed but you every time send me only system generated mails, you don't take any action and not call me, and just send mail me to we can't connect your call, my phone is available by **** you not call a single call to me, why you not revert my money to me, i trust you and going to order but you broken our trust, i used kotak mahindra credit card for shopping but order not placed and amount debited and transaction reference no is Ref. No. VT*********************
