On **st oct **** I recieved ** orders worth rs **** however logistic partners delhivery, expressbee and ecom has not picked up my orders. Meesho policy is within ** hrs if the orders are not picked up the it gets automatically cancelled.
It's so frustrating I have spent separately *** rs for the printouts.its total loss.
Delhivery pick up boy does not want to come at the house for pick up. I had to go down but the delivery boy was nowhere. I tried calling him continuously for * hours he told he is coming in an hour and then he did not pick up the call.
Very bad service , no way to talk to any customer agent...no proper customer support..tickets raised are not attended.
Disgusting...customers who I want to serve these people are restricting me as a supplier to not serve...
