Item ordered from www.pynkvilla.com on **th Aug **** for * mobile cases.When I contacted them via Whatsap * weeks back, I was told my order was shipped them.But when I asked for tracking details they dint send me any.Iam sure they have not shipped it yet. When I happened to see their ad in Instagram again after this incident I commented about warning other potential customer about delay in their service, next thing I know is I am blocked from their page.After no response from pynkvilla for my email and whatsapp msgs I thought i can get in touch with them by Instagram or Facebook, but even their I am blocked.Till today I am waiting for my order to be shipped. I want to get the refund along with compensation for mental agony caused.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
