I had booked an order on *rd Oct based on their promotions on social media regarding discounts on their sugar free chocolates. They were meant to be delivered in * to ** days max, but there is no further intimation. None of their customer care options work. WhatsApp doesn't work, email id doesn't work. Nothing! Imagine if they have collected money from even *lac folks, this is a fraud in crores!
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
