I placed an order with Ditch the guilt on July ** **** for chocolates advertised on their social media channels. Although I got order confirmation, the order was never processed further. It has been almost two weeks now and there is no communication from their side about the order. Email enquiries result in automated emails being sent by them. Please help with the refund.
