Mahadevtyres com - Order not dispatched not refunding

Placed an order on mahadevtyres.com and they don't want to send the product or refund the money.when placing the oder I have left my number to call back to know whether it is in stock or not and within seconds they called me and pretented as if they are experts and told me that my product will be sent in * days so I order and .after two days I have called them an unprofessional guy lifted the call and told me it's in processing..thats it from that day am making nearly ** to ** calls even though they are not lifting the phone .
