Littlebox - Order Not Dispatched Despite Multiple Assurances

placed my original order on ** June ****, but it was never dispatched. After contacting Littlebox customer support, I was advised to place a new order on * July ****. Their team assured me that the new order (Order #*******) would be dispatched by * July ****.

Today is * July ****, but the order is still showing “In Stitching” and has not been dispatched. Despite repeated follow-ups through customer support, I have only received generic responses and no proper resolution.

This unnecessary delay has caused me inconvenience, wasted my time, and affected my confidence in the company’s service. I request that Littlebox dispatch my order immediately or provide an appropriate resolution, including a refund if they are unable to fulfill the order within the promised timeline.
