Classyhub in - Order not delivers no response

On Sept **, ****, I was scrolling Instagram and found an ad of an attractive wall piece on a new website - Classyhub.in.
While opening the website, it seemed like a small business and I ordered wall piece - twice - one for my friend & one for myself - in * different orders.
It has been almost a month now, with no revert - their support contact number is invalid and I have send at-least ** emails with no response.
It has been a terribly sad experience - duping consumers like that.
