I ordered a cake for delivery from Indiacakes.com for midnight delivery option paying a total of ***rs including extra charge ***rs for midnight delivery on *th October ****. The cake was ordered for delivery on **th October **** and on that very day morning I get a mail from them asking for a ***rs extra for the delivery claiming that the location was far from their store. And even tho i hesitated to pay the extra amount in the beginning I finally paid it when they said the cake wont be delivered and I so badly wanted it to be delivered as it was for a very special persons birthday. And even after all this the cake was not delivered and they donot even revert back for my mail claiming this. Its a huge scam site and it should be closed down because they are even breaking the emotions and this cheating has to stop and I need my money refunded back in my account.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
