Beautiful bab - Order not delivered

I have order few products from beautiful baby on ** th July and made online payment for my products (****/-)as they were not having cod facility. I have the screen shot of my payment. Days passed by but I have not received any single message or mail from their end. Later to check with them I order another product of around *** bucks this time I faced the same problem. I mailed them several times asking for my order status. They did not respond. They are still flaunting their items on Facebook and fooling people so I commented on their post few days back they even deleted my comment. This proved they are active then why aren't they sending me my product. I want my money back.
