tender fresh ice creame - Order not delivered

I ordered ice cream at **:** AM from Tender Fresh Ice Cream using Zomato app, it was not delivered till *:** AM even though it was showing ** minutes at the time of placing the order. but when i checked at *:** AM it was still showing ** more minutes for delivery. i called delivery boy he was very rude and abusive. so i cancelled the order from app and connected to zomato chat response was same RUDE and said we can't return your money as you have cancelled the order from your end. I need my money back
