I ordered two products worth rs ***.** from LYOS through a website 'wardrobeessentials.com' on September **, ****. They have not fulfilled the order yet. They dont respond to repeated emails and enquiries.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
