Cellspare - Order not delivered

I ordered to spare parts of my cellphone on **-Feb-****. I received a system generated email that the shipment shall be delivered by **-Mar-**** but it is not delivered till date. Initially their customer care were picking calls and suggesting me to wait for another week, but lately they stopped picking my calls and never responded through email. Kindly advise what can I do.
