I have placed an order with sss on Mon, May **, **** at *:** PM and received a confirmation mail. I received a follow up mail which said order has been shipped but it was not delivered in after three months. post which i raised multiple complaints with them and have not received any response. Have not received my product yet.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
