I ordered * items in the confluence of the shopping on *th May. They send confirmation mail that order has been received. But now it is showing fake and cheated all the customers. Please take action against them and make them refund our money.

I have ordered a confluence latest designer kurti-* which is not delivered yet. If it's not delivered soon I have to take some actions. So kindly help to send the package. ... otherwise refund my money.
