I ordered a few chocolate bars from their website on **th November but there has yet to be any further communication on its status. I have prepaid the order in the thought that it would save additional costs which they applied on Cash on Delivery and that they send the order on a faster basis. Mails and messages have been sent to no avail. The fact that they cheat people out of money with such tactics is insanely infuriating.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
