Case Factory - Order not delivered

Purchased two phone cases from their website on Wednesday *st October. It was a buy one get one offer so bought two for *,*** Rs. I got a mail in the same day saying the order is confirmed and they will let me know details soon but after that there is no contact. I tried messaging them over WhatsApp and mailed them to check on my order but no response received and also the number on their website is not reachable.
Please help me reach out to them or get me the refund.
