I had ordered * nos chocolates from ditch the guilt on ** Aug with order id#*****. After waiting for a week I tried to know the location or to track my order but I was not able to. I tried to contact them via there no flashed on website but it didn't connect then I wrote an email but no answer from their side so I dm them on instagram. I thought I had ordered from a fake website so i tried to check more and more if I could find anything about them but didn't got anything. Then I looked into older messages from what app as I had ordered from there before and messaged them there but no response then today on ** sep I checked everything again but nothing found. Then I tried X and got to know that many are facing the problem either they aren't getting the order or they are sending wrong products.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
