Dealmyntra.in - Order not delivered

I ordered a Redmi Note * Pro (* GB RAM & ** GB ROM) - Neptune Blue mobile phone from dealmyntra.in website on **th April **** by making UPI payment of Rs *****.

Before placing an order I called up and I was informed that I will receive the order by **th April ****. Later I saw that they were neither replying to mail or chat, even toll-free number (**** **** ***) was not getting connected.
Later I have seen many similar complaints in google on dealmyntra.in

I would like to know on what basis YES bank have approved their KYC as they are using Yes bank wallet and they are using a fake address in their website https://dealmyntra.in/contact-us/
“**th Floor Eros Corporate Tower, Nehru Place, New Delhi *** ***”
They are extracting money from many people using this fake site and address. Please look into this as they are using yes bank UPI id. Also please try to refund the money of the customers from whom they have extracted the money.

I reached out to Yes bank nodal officer and got below reply:
“As discussed, we have highlighted the matter to our concerned authorities in order to initiate the investigation. Further, we request you to liaise with police authorities and we assure you that we would extend all the required support sought by them.”
