Epiccaseflick - Order not delivered

This is owned by Rohith Kumar Jha. This guy's instagram page is Epic Case Flick and whatsApp page Epiccaseflick. At fast when I texted to order he responds faster and says only the payment of backcase which is *** in my case.it's a customized Case. So I paid the money. but after that he said to pay *** shipping charge after sending my address saying it's according to the pin code. I didn't know about and he didn't said first about shipping charges. I paid first, so I paid the next one too. In order format there is mention that delivered will be * to *days , that's okay. after *days i text that number and he didn't reply. after *,* days he reply and said my cover in making process. And after I texted him and he didn't reply upto * days and then he said my order is done and I get it in next week. And I asked him about tracking number but didn't get and I didn't get proper reply. It's been *month.
