Freshcakesbangalore.com - Order not delivered

I had made an order DFCB-*********** on April **th but it's not delivered yet. This was a birthday gift the site had assured that it will be delivered on April **th but till now they haven't delivered. I tried calling them multiple times but no one is attending the call. I also tried emailing them but still no response on that as well. This looks like a website created to cheat people. I have lost my money and I want to find a way to get my money back from them and also make everyone aware of this fraud website. This is the email I got after placing the order.
