I ordered Redmi note * Pro of Rs. *****. The payment and order confirmed on **/**. The order not yet delivered and now, toll-free number/chat system/website all are down. It a fraud website. I did UPI payment and seems my money is lost. Please do something. I can share their UPI, URL and their office address which still could be seen on google.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
