Hi

I have placed an order (beauty products) on "niram.in" website on *th July. Order no - ORDER N****. It was supposed to deliver in *-* days but it has been ** days now not received anything. I tried sending *-* emails to their given customer service team (hello@niram.in) but no reply. There is contact/phone no given on their website. Its not only me but looks many other people having the same issue. Though the website looks genuine but I am getting a feel of scam/fraud with many people. Kindly request you to look into this matter . Thanks in anticipation.
