Cradlehut com - Order not delivered

This company has been advertising regularly on Social Media (Instagram, Facebook). One of the products being showcased, Cycling Helmet, caught my fancy and I ordered it, prepaid (as that was the only option) on **.**.****. I received a confirmation mail from them, but there has been no more communication received, no news of the order delivery. I have sent multiple mails to them, but not a single response / acknowledgement.
