I have pyrchased item from my nearest reliance smart store and i have brought the frozen items with me whereas the remaining items were to be delivered.
My residential address is within * km even less.
I have not yet received the delivery. Its been ** hre * pm and there is no update.
Even yesterday while i was in the store i was humiliated of the items i was taking with me due to the lack of communication among the staff member
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
