Nurserlive - Order not delivered

I had ordered and paid for few plants on nurserylive.com on July *, ****. I did not receive any update on my order even after ** days, so I submitted a ticket. Response was that is it would be dispatched soon. I waited and waited. On July **, when I tracked my order the status was that it was delivered on July **. I haven't received any delivery and I have no idea to whom they delivered. I raised tickets one after another and I got a response finally that it was delivered to some person and mobile. I raised another ticket citing that it was not mine nor my security and no further response. My request is to either deliver my order or refund my money.

Hi, I got the email that" Your Nurserylive order #NLV********** is Delivered" on *th April, however I have not received any order yet. I have been following up since then but no support has been provided yet.

I received free mongra, which is dried, but my actual order for Rs. **** is not delivered and their email address blocked my contact. I want crime branch to take action on these kind of fraud business in india.
