I had placed an order on *th Feb **** of * t-shirts and paid it through Google pay. But still today I haven't received any shipping update and thereafter the website is also not available. Moreover, the person calls over the phone (Name-Rajiv Prajapati, place of residence-Kankurgachi, West Bengal, Company based in Surat, phone no-**********) and asks to download any desk and link all bank accounts and also asks for UPI pin. It's totally a disheartening incident and I demand a refund of the total amount without any hesitation with severe punishment.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
