Winni.in - Order not delivered

I had ordered a bouquet of orchids for my friend on **th Feb at **.** am. I had paid online ***rs and opted for standard delivery which was * am **.** hrs and I was promised that I will be getting the order before **.** hrs but they didn't deliver the order. Instead, they send a mail at **.** saying the order delivered was fake then tried to contact their customer care but it doesn't work. It always remains busy or switched off, send emails but no proper reply. It's been * days no refund no delivery of the order. I saw other reviews on Trustpilot there also many people cheated by them.
