Smuglr India - Order not Delivered

I bought two air jordan * from smuglr website. And the instagram page was very responsive until then, but after that they have been saying it’s in customs and transit. And aren’t replying since last ** days. There’s no customer support number or anything available to contact them. I feel like they scammed and hence I’m here. I lost my heard collected and earned **k behind this.
