The Urban Outfitters - Order not delivered

I placed an order with this company on August **, **** for an amount of INR ****.** and even got confirmation of the order on my email address. As per the details, they were supposed to send me updates related to shipment and delivery. However, I still have not received any such message from them. I sent an email to their customer care and there has been no reply from them at all.
