I booked suit on **.**.** and paid sum via online, thus a booking conformation mail was also sent to us, But since then no correspondences were made from their side for none of the mails sent from our side regarding the non delivery. The contact numbers given are found to be out of service. The status of the product is still shown as processing.
We need to cancel the order and refund the amount as we have booked the suit to wear for a family function and its over, So we are not at all interested to receive the item and thus needs the money back.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.

I got a mail **days ago from the boutique apologizing for the non availability of product and so refund will made. But till now I didnt get the money
