Pynkvilla - Order not delivered

I have ordered a Chelsea third kit two and half months back. As promised on their site, **-** business days were sufficient for delivery of the product. They haven't sent any mail for further shipment of product. Status of the order is still 'Not Fulfilled'. I have mailed them thrice and called many times but they are not responding anything.
