I have ordered a dress from them on **th April **** and paid full amount via Paytm to Pratik Solanki. It’s been almost * month and they don’t seem to give me any answer why my order is not arriving. I have sent them multiple mails and messages and they ignore all of these and never seem to acknowledge my concerns. Even after multiple follow up they don't have any answer. I even asked for refund or to let me order something else but there is no reply. They never reply on any platform wether its mail, whatsapp or instagram. Please help me resolve the issue
