I have seen an ad on instagram about tshirts and i ordered the same from the listed website on *.**.**** . i havn't received any delivery details or my order till now. Firstly they were replying to my mails about my order but now they also stopped replying.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
