I have ordered a Birthday cake for my sister prior *days and the date if delivery is **-Mar-****. I got a call from "myflowerapp" executive saying that we cant deliver it by today, we shall deliver tomorrow. I replied, what is the meaning of delivering a birthday cake on the next day. Also I have received an email from them the same thing. I asked to cancel and refund. They are telling refund will be on their wallet. What should I do with the money on their wallet. I dont want my money to hang on there till next occasion.
