Urban Couch - Order not delivered

I ordered sofa from Urban Couch priced ***** INR on **th Septemeber. Days after i have paid for my order they contacted me asking me **** INR for shipping. I paid that again. Totalling the amount to ***** INR. After that they told me my order was shipped. But it never came so I tried to contact them but they never reply anymore. They rejected all of my calls and even deleted my comments on their instagram page and then blocked me in all social media platforms.
