I had placed Order NLV********** on Nurserylive on **th July, however it was not delivered yet. The order status was updated as wrongly as delivered on **th July. I have complained to Nurserylive immediately and have been following it up. Still no resolution on this.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
